Tower & Site Maintenance

As weather and other environmental factors are harmful to construction materials all towers must be regularly inspected and maintained. MER Inspections are conducted in a way that helps maintain the materials condition and thus reduce long-term expenses (extensive rusting and other unavoidable damage can otherwise result in high costs of repair).

MER detailed inspection reports are prepared by professional engineers after site visits. Reports are presented to the owners in text, picture and statistic forms, with a series of recommendations to improve the condition of the structure.
