Responsibilities- What You Will do:

  • Security Administration: Manage Fortinet solutions ,SentintelOne Edr, NAC solutions, Rapid7 SIEM, Alerts, Software updates, system upgrades & Patching.

  • Network Management: Configure and maintain switches and APs.

  • Microsoft & Cloud Services: Manage Microsoft Azure cloud environment, Microsoft 365, Azure, Defender, Conditional Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

  • System Automation: Develop and automate IT processes using PowerShell, Cmd.

  • Deployment & Endpoint Management: Manage Atera RMM and Intune for software and device management.

Requirements- What We Are Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience as system administrator \ IT specialist

  • Experience managing public cloud environments as AWS \ Azure \ Oracle.

  • Proficiency in Windows server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.

Mechanical Engineer

TechMer is seeking a mechanical engineer with experience in developing mechanical designs for electronic devices designed to operate in harsh environments. Familiar with international design standards.
Our offices located in Or-Yehuda.

Responsibilities
  •  Mechanical design of electronic devices, including electrical wiring and electronic boards (integration), using Autodesk Inventor.
  •  Creation and maintenance of a set of documentation for the designed product, as well as support for the manufacturer. (AutoCAD dwg drawings, pdf drawings, 3D models)
  •  Preparation of documentation in accordance with international and company standards
  • Familiarization with military standards in the field of design and operation of mechanical products
  •  Collaboration with electronics design specialists and project managers
  • Development of designs using various technologies, including aluminum die casting, plastic molding, pressing, stamping, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc) – mandatory
  • At least 3 years of experience in complex mechanical design – mandatory
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks, including parametric design, assembly creation, and drawing generation – mandatory

Help Desk Specialist

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, remote tools, and on-site assistance. 

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment. 

  • Support Microsoft environments including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory / Entra ID administration. 

  • Manage service requests and incidents through the IT ticketing system while meeting SLA targets and escalating complex issues when required. 

  • Support endpoint configuration, software deployment, and workstation preparation for onboarding and offboarding processes. 

  • Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and document troubleshooting procedures and solutions. 

  • Provide support during off-hours or weekends when required. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Help Desk / IT Support roles in an enterprise environment. 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Entra ID administration. 

  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications. 

  • Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. 

  • Experience working with ticketing systems and service management processes (SLA / escalation).
